Personally I'd add taking a day off from work, going on vacation, seeing a movie, listening to music, working out, a bubble bath, reading a good novel, socializing with friends, and last but not least having a hot romantic/passionate night with your mate.
All of these things serve to give us a break and recharge our batteries in order to take on the next challenge.
